Men's Soccer Claims Victory Over LA Mission

The Santa Monica College Corsairs Men’s Soccer team battled it out against LA Mission College Eagles on Friday, Oct. 29 at Santa Monica College. Tied up 3-3 with minutes left in the game, Taj Winnard (17) was able to squeeze in a crucial goal to put the Corsairs up 4-3 to seal the victory over LA Mission.

Taj Winnard (17) led the team with 2 goals and 1 assist. Jacob Lopez also had a goal and 1 assist. Luis Heredia added 1 goal that helped in the Victory over LA Misson.

With a record of 6-7-3, the Corsairs will take on Allan Hancock College Tuesday, Nov. 2 at 4:00 p.m.
