The Corsairs faced off against the close rivals Compton College in a fierce battle on Saturday, September 11, 2021, at Compton College located in Compton, Calif. After attaining the 14-13 lead at half-time, Santa Monica College kept the momentum going and takes the win 46-16 to get back to .500 at 1-1. The next game will be held on Saturday, September 18th, at 1:00 pm, at Pasadena City College.
