Corsairs secure a strong win against the Eagles

Santa Monica, Calif.- On Saturday, March 22, the Santa Monica College (SMC)  women’s tennis team (7-7) played against the Los Angeles Mission College (LAMC) Eagles (6-6) at the Ocean View Park tennis courts in Santa Monica. The match, originally intended for March 11, was rescheduled due to rain, causing the match to be moved to March 22. This however did not affect the Corsairs as they defeated the Eagles, 8-1.

On March 25, the Corsairs hosted the Ventura College Pirates at Ocean View to try and extend their winning streak to three and to prepare for the upcoming WSC Individual Championships at Ventura College.
