On Tuesday, March 20, Cal State Northridge (CSUN) will be at the Santa Monica College main campus from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm at the quad. CSUN will be providing information to Santa Monica College students on topics like admission and records, housing, majors, and veterans' services.

Statistically speaking, CSUN has the highest rate of transfers compared to any other Cal State at Santa Monica College. Roughly estimating around 1,200 that end up transferring at least half, or less than half, end up transferring to CSUN.

Many programs like Build PODER Program, College of Science and Math, College of Social and Behavioral Sciences, and Department of Anthropology, plus many more will be discussed. Students under DACA can still apply to CSUN, as they are protected under law AB-540. AB-540 also allows undocumented students to pay the same amount of tuition as California residents, instead of the more expensive non-resident tuition.

CSUN will be providing plenty of information that will be important to all transferring students at Santa Monica College. Many students can still be able to get more additional information by asking questions to the staff and grabbing pamphlets that will further explain more questions that they have.
