Bernie Sanders Brings His Political Campaign to Venice Beach
Two days after the Democratic debate at Loyola Marymount University, Senator Bernie Sanders held a rally at Venice Beach on Saturday, December 22nd. Warming up the crowd for him were academic, Dr. Cornell West, actor Tim Robbins, and Democratic congresswoman Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez, who was enthusiastically received by the approximately 20,000 people who came out to see Senator Sanders make his pitch for the Democratic presidential nomination.
