SMC chosen as part of California community colleges that could offer B.A. programs
On Tuesday, Santa Monica College became one of 15 California community colleges selected to initiate four year bachelor's programs. The 15 were selected by the board of governors out of 34 campuses which submitted proposals. SMC will be offering a bachelor's degree in Interaction Design pending a final review of the programs in March. The statewide project is expected to initiate in fall 2016.
